★ Happy Birthday ★ Happy Birthday, Mummy Sng! ♥ Luffs + Lingz  Luffs, Kenny and I somehow decided on this place when discussing where to bring Mummy Sng for her birthday dinner. Crystal Jade Ginseng Chicken & BBQ - Their name, to say the least, accurately describes what their specialties are.  Crystal Jade Ginseng Chicken & BBQ   Before we started eating ...    We were each given a bowl of authentic ginseng chicken soup and a king prawn (not very king though) for BBQ. The rest of the food items are free flow including the 6 appetizers served at the beginning of the meal.    Below are all the items on their buffet menu.  Appetizer  Dishes Rice & Noodles BBQ Selection   Soup  DessertRed Bean Paste Coconut Sago Fruit * We order extra dessert because Luffs wanted to try their Crysathamum Tea & Wolfberry Water Chestnut Cake *  The dinner ended with a Swensen’s ice cream cake for the birthday girl!   It was indeed an enjoyable dinner with a great company of people! |
